Thoriated Tungsten Rod/Wire

2% thoriated tungsten rod and fine-diameter wire. Thoriated tungsten offers enhanced electron emission, easier arc starting, and better current-carrying capacity than pure tungsten. Industry availability of thoriated material has tightened significantly; contact us about current stock and alternatives if your application allows substitution.
